Contribute to the Scientific Programme of CEDA Congress 2026
Researchers, clinicians and healthcare professionals are cordially invited to submit scientific abstracts for inclusion in the CEDA Congress 2026 Scientific Programme. Abstracts provide an important opportunity to share new research, clinical insights and innovative approaches with an international audience.

March 31, 2026
Please note that abstracts cannot be modified after the submission deadline.
Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth review process, please carefully follow the instructions below:
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission platform.
- Abstracts must be written and presented in English.
- References, tables or graphics are not permitted within the abstract text.
- Only abstracts submitted correctly and within the deadline will be considered.
Abstract Format & Requirements
Before starting your submission, please prepare the following information:
- Presenting author’s full contact details and email address
- Full list of authors and co-authors
- Affiliation details for all authors (department, institution, city and country)
- Abstract title (maximum 25 words)
- Abstract text (maximum 300 words)
- Structured abstract outline:
- Aims / Hypothesis
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Presentation Format
All authors whose abstracts are accepted will be requested to present their work as a poster during the CEDA Congress 2026.
Each author may serve as the presenting author for one abstract only. The presenting author will act as the primary contact person for all correspondence related to:
- Abstract review and acceptance
- Poster presentation at the congress
- Publication on the official congress website
Review Process
All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the CEDA reviewing committee. Based on scientific quality and relevance, selected abstracts will be included in the official congress programme.
Travel Grants for Young Scientists
CEDA will award ten travel grants of EUR 500 each to the best abstracts submitted by young scientists within the CEDA community (under 40 years of age).
- A declaration of age is required
- Applicants must not be eligible for other forms of support
- Travel grant recipients will receive free congress registration
